- •Automate appointment scheduling and customer notifications using this n8n workflow, connecting Google Forms to WhatsApp Business for instant confirmations, follow-ups, and two-way communication managed through Google Sheets.
SETUP STEPS
- 1Configure the WhatsApp Business node: Obtain your Access Token and WhatsApp Business Account ID from the Meta Developers Portal and input them into the node's credentials.
- 2Configure the WhatsApp Trigger node using the App ID, App Secret, and verified phone number obtained from your Meta Developer App's WhatsApp API settings.
- 3Next, copy the **Webhook URL** from the n8n **WhatsApp Trigger node** and paste it into the **Callback URL** field within the Meta Developer App's WhatsApp configuration. This configures message and status updates to be sent to your n8n workflow.
- 4Authenticate your Google Sheets node using OAuth 2.0 to grant n8n access for reading and writing data.
