When you create an account or join our waitlist:

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

4. Workflows and Content

4.1 Workflow Quality

We strive to provide high-quality, production-ready workflows. However:

• Workflows are provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee workflows will meet your specific needs
• You are responsible for testing workflows before production use
• We are not liable for any damages from workflow usage

4.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit workflows, feedback, or other content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it
• Your content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

FlowKit Platform: The FlowKit website, branding, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Workflows: Individual workflows are licensed under MIT License (see section 2.1).

Third-Party Content: Some workflows may integrate with third-party services. You must comply with their terms of service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Warranty

FLOWKIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

• We may experience downtime for maintenance or updates
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Termination
